Hi, I’m Sonja

For more than 25 years, I’ve worked hands-on as a founder, business owner, senior leader, strategist, marketer and leadership mentor across Europe, Australia, Asia and North America.

I’ve built businesses, led global sales and marketing teams, developed leaders, mentored marketers and helped businesses navigate change, grow, and expand internationally.

I know the pressure of making decisions, the joy of seeing people grow and what it takes to keep moving when things are uncertain.

Change has shaped my life too. Twice, my husband and I sold almost everything we owned, packed our backpacks and started again on the other side of the world. The first journey became 23 years in Sydney, where we built businesses and raised our twin boys. The second brought us to Valencia.

Turning transitions into opportunities has become part of how I live and lead and how I help others move from stuck to progress.
